player or spectator.

In Life you have to choose where you want to belong, A player or a spectator.
A spectator of life goes around putting his/her nose into things that don't concern him/her, going around asking questions like "what did he say? where did he say it? how did he say it?", while the players of life go around do what they can, to help those around them, not disturbing themselves on the affairs of others. You can't be a spectator of life and a player of life at the same time, a player will never have a chance to come out to watch and making commentary while playing. Spectators have no known personalities, there is no star fan, but there are star players. So I urge you to be a player of life and NOT a spectator of life... GODBLESS!!!

THE SCRIPTURES ON DIVORCE

THE OLD TESTAMENT ON DIVORCE
Deuteronomy 24:1 “Suppose a man marries a woman and later decides that he doesn't want her, because he finds something about her that he doesn't like. So he writes out divorce papers, gives them to her, and sends her away from his home.

The old testament gave a man permission to divorce his wife, if and only if he finds something about her he doesn’t like… there is no perfect woman anywhere, this simply means a man can marry as many women has he wants, he just divorces one and re-marries another.
If any man decides to follow this method of divorce and remarry, just because he feels there is something about her he does not like, he will be married and divorced more than 4 times in his life time.
But God had something to say about divorce later in the scriptures…

Malachi 2:16 “I hate divorce," says the LORD God of Israel. "I hate it when one of you does such a cruel thing to his wife. Make sure that you do not break your promise to be faithful to your wife."

This was a straight forward statement made by God, why then do we like doing things God hate??? If God our creator hates this thing, why do it?

God’s purpose for marriage
Malachi 2:15 Didn’t God make you one body and spirit with her? What was his purpose in this? It was that you should have children who are truly God's people. So make sure that none of you breaks his promise to his wife.

God’s reason for marriage is to have GODLY PEOPLE… Children grow up in the knowledge of God, to become his people…

Researchers claim that not only does divorce adversely affect children during and immediately affect children during and immediately after their parents separation it continues to affect their mental stability well into adulthood… will a child who has problems with metal stability grow up to be a good ambassadors of God?

For all the things God hates he always has a punishment for them for example

Malachi 2:13 This is another thing you do. You drown the Lord's altar with tears, weeping and wailing because he no longer accepts the offerings you bring him.
Malachi 2:14 You ask why he no longer accepts them. It is because he knows you have broken your promise to the wife you married when you were young. She was your partner, and you have broken your promise to her, although you promised before God that you would be faithful to her.

There is nobody who doesn’t want his prayers answered, in the passage above God stopped answering their prayers because they broke their promises to their wife’s. let’s learn from the scriptures.

THE NEW TESTAMENT ON DIVORCE

Matthew 5:31 “It was also said, 'anyone who divorces his wife must give her a written notice of divorce.'
Matthew 5:32 But now I tell you: if a man divorces his wife for any cause other than her unfaithfulness, then he is guilty of making her commit adultery if she marries again; and the man who marries her commits adultery also.
This was quite straight to the point….
Reasons for the Old Testament decision on divorce

Matthew 19:7 The Pharisees asked him, "Why, then, did Moses give the law for a man to hand his wife a divorce notice and send her away?"
Matthew 19:8 Jesus answered, "Moses gave you permission to divorce your wives because you are so hard to teach. But it was not like that at the time of creation.
Matthew 19:9 I tell you, then, that any man who divorces his wife for any cause other than her unfaithfulness, commits adultery if he marries some other woman."

For those who are already married

1Corintians 7:10 For married people I have a command which is not my own but the Lord's: a wife must not leave her husband;
1Corintians 7:11 but if she does, she must remain single or else be reconciled to her husband; and a husband must not divorce his wife.
1Corintians 7:12 To the others I say (I, myself, not the Lord): if a Christian man has a wife who is an unbeliever and she agrees to go on living with him, he must not divorce her.
1Corintians 7:13  And if a Christian woman is married to a man who is an unbeliever and he agrees to go on    living with her, she must not divorce him.

I want we young people, to take our time before marriage… like someone said if you rush into marriage you will rush out. Know God’s plan for your marital life, So that you won’t say you made a mistake 5, 10, 20 years after marriage, and then consider divorce. Whoever you get married to, it is for life, be it a prostitute, witch etc. once you have made the promise in front of God and his people, you can’t go back on it. DON’T GET DECEIVED!!!

HOMOSEXUALITY: ONE OF GOD's MOST HATED SINS

The first place in the scriptures where homosexuals were talked about was in
Genesis 19:1-5

When the two angels came to Sodom that evening, Lot was sitting at the city gate. As soon as he saw them, he got up and went to meet them. He bowed down before them and said, "Sirs, I am here to serve you. Please come to my house. You can wash your feet and spend the night. In the morning you can get up early and go on your way." But they answered, "No, we will spend the night here in the city square." He kept on urging them, and finally they went with him to his house. Lot ordered his servants to bake some bread and prepare a fine meal for the guests. When it was ready, they ate it. Before the guests went to bed, the men of Sodom surrounded the house. All the men of the city, both young and old, were there. They called out to Lot and asked, "Where are the men who came to stay with you tonight? Bring them out to us!" The men of Sodom wanted to have sex with them.
The punishment was recorded in Genesis 19:12-13
The two men said to Lot, "If you have anyone else here---sons, daughters, sons-in-law, or any other relatives living in the city---get them out of here, because we are going to destroy this place. The LORD has heard the terrible accusations against these people and has sent us to destroy Sodom."

Leviticus 18:22

No man is to have sexual relations with another man; God hates that.

Leviticus 20:13

If a man has sexual relations with another man, they have done a disgusting thing, and both shall be put to death. They are responsible for their own death.

Judges 19:20-24

The old man said, "You are welcome in my home! I'll take care of you; you don't have to spend the night in the square." So he took them home with him and fed their donkeys. His guests washed their feet and had a meal. They were enjoying themselves when all of a sudden some sexual perverts from the town surrounded the house and started beating on the door. They said to the old man, "Bring out that man that came home with you! We want to have sex with him!" But the old man went outside and said to them, "No, my friends! Please! Don't do such an evil, immoral thing! This man is my guest. Look! Here is his concubine and my own virgin daughter. I'll bring them out now, and you can have them. Do whatever you want to with them. But don't do such an awful thing to this man!

Romans 1:20-32

Ever since God created the world, his invisible qualities, both his eternal power and his divine nature, have been clearly seen; they are perceived in the things that God has made. So those people have no excuse at all! They know God, but they do not give him the honor that belongs to him, nor do they thank him. Instead, their thoughts have become complete nonsense, and their empty minds are filled with darkness. They say they are wise, but they are fools; instead of worshiping the immortal God, they worship images made to look like mortals or birds or animals or reptiles. And so God has given those people over to do the filthy things their hearts desire, and they do shameful things with each other. They exchange the truth about God for a lie; they worship and serve what God has created instead of the Creator himself, who is to be praised forever! Amen. Because they do this, God has given them over to shameful passions. Even the women pervert the natural use of their sex by unnatural acts. In the same way the men give up natural sexual relations with women and burn with passion for each other. Men do shameful things with each other, and as a result they bring upon themselves the punishment they deserve for their wrongdoing. Because those people refuse to keep in mind the true knowledge about God, he has given them over to corrupted minds, so that they do the things that they should not do. They are filled with all kinds of wickedness, evil, greed, and vice; they are full of jealousy, murder, fighting, deceit, and malice. They gossip and speak evil of one another; they are hateful to God, insolent, proud, and boastful; they think of more ways to do evil; they disobey their parents; they have no conscience; they do not keep their promises, and they show no kindness or pity for others.
They know that God's law says that people who live in this way deserve death. Yet, not only do they continue to do these very things, but they even approve of others who do them.

1 Corinthians 6:9-11

Surely you know that the wicked will not possess God's Kingdom. Do not fool yourselves; people who are immoral or who worship idols or are adulterers or homosexual perverts or who steal or are greedy or are drunkards or who slander others or are thieves---none of these will possess God's Kingdom.  Some of you were like that. But you have been purified from sin; you have been dedicated to God; you have been put right with God by the Lord Jesus Christ and by the Spirit of our God.

1 Timothy 1:9-10

It must be remembered, of course, that laws are made, not for good people, but for lawbreakers and criminals, for the godless and sinful, for those who are not religious or spiritual, for those who kill their fathers or mothers, for murderers, for the immoral, for sexual perverts, for kidnappers, for those who lie and give false testimony or who do anything else contrary to sound doctrine.

Jude 7

Remember Sodom and Gomorrah, and the nearby towns, whose people acted as those angels did and indulged in sexual immorality and perversion: they suffer the punishment of eternal fire as a plain warning to all.

But God is not interested in the death of the wicked, he wants everyone to make heaven, but it is up to us. God forgives sins, but that is still while you are on earth, after death comes judgement, after death there is no more opportunity to repent... dont postpone the time of your salvation tomorrow might be too-late.
No mater how far in sin you have gone, he is ever ready to forgive your sins, once you are ready to confess. NOW IS THE TIME FOR SALVATION!!!

Those of us who are condemning homosexuals, no sin is too small to take someone to hell....
the person who steals, lies, commits sexual sins etc has no part in heaven, but hell... the same hell created for homosexuals.
As a sinner the only prayer God hears is the prayer of repentance, any other prayer is an abomination... but God is calling you today, dont turn your back on him...
